Always among the 1st French in the world rankings of the FEI concours complet, he has relied on the Royal Horse brand for many years. In particular, he uses the products H-200, H-250 and H-350 from the High line. Support from the brand’s experts enabled him to adjust his horse’s rations, with a regimen adapted to the season’s programme.

Born in 1987, he started riding horses from a very early age at L’Etrier de Bourgogne equitation centre of Dijon Bonvaux. Member of the Junior French team, then the Young Riders team. ‘Nicknamed the star of Pau’, his fame is based on his impressive record as Vice-Chamipion of Europe as part of the Junior French team at Pratoni Del Vivaro, 3rd in the World Championships for the under 25 age bracket and winners of the highest levels of the Concours Complet on the world circuit.

 Understanding horses is essential to him, especially in those disciplines where he excels, such as cross-country, and in which it is necessary to be able to interpret variations in the horse’s breathing or perspiration during the event. The fact that Royal Horse foods and supplements are created based on observation of horses in real conditions guarantees their quality, according to him.

Following his career as a competitor, he opened his own facility in Denézé sous Doué (49) six years ago, after having previously worked for Nicolas Touzaint, another grand champion of the concours complet. Like him, when preparing or tracking his horses for competition, he trusts Royal House as the feed of choice at his centre. In 10 years, product line developments and the R&D know-how at Royal Horse have allowed him to introduce, in his own words, ‘a sensible quality diet to the horses allowing their inner athlete to reveal itself’.

The horses that have marked his career are Eclair de Mons, Jaipur II, Cathar de Gamel, Opium de Verrièrers, Qalao des Mers and Pica d’Or and Neptune.
